Delivery to the UK Mainland is FREE


OUR COURIERS

We select our couriers based on the product type ordered and your delivery postcode to ensure we provide the best possible service for you and your items.

DELIVERY DAYS & TIMES

Monday to Friday between 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Saturdays between 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

We offer a two-person delivery service to most UK locations.

We try to deliver multiple orders on the same day; however, sometimes products of different brands may be shipped separately.

Furniture sets or large furniture are usually delivered within 7-12 days.

Delivery of accessories usually takes 5-10 days.

Delivery can only be made if there is clear access to the property for a 7.5t vehicle and the route within your property to the room of choice.

The items will be left in the room and will not be unpacked.

The courier will contact you to arrange a delivery time.

You will be offered a suitable delivery date and a 4 hour delivery window.

PREPARING FOR DELIVERY

To ensure there are no issues during delivery, please ensure your new item will fit through all doorways and hallways, and underneath ceilings. If any adjustments need to be made to get your item into place, please ensure this is done before delivery.

The order will be delivered to the ground-floor room of choice. If your goods require delivery above the ground floor, please inform us as soon as possible, as this may result in a delivery failure and charge.

If you are not available to take delivery, the courier may leave a calling card to enable you to rearrange delivery. Please note that on some occasions, redeliveries and failed deliveries may incur an additional charge.
